- Return postage is at your own cost — we do not cover or reimburse the cost of sending items back to us.
- We strongly recommend a recorded or tracked service. We cannot take responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
- We only accept unused goods in their original packaging with all parts and seals intact.
- Once your return is received and inspected we will refund you within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
- Write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the parcel so we can match it to your order.
